This is great. This is the best birthday present I've gotten today! So, back to 4x4.
I was reading the sticky on the zextel LSD and was wondering how this would do offroad. I've got the factory "no-flex" suspension so I get wheels off the ground alot. Should I just go with a locker and suffer on the street or would the old Camaro lsd work well?

I'd toss a Lock-Rite locker in the back and call it a day. Power to both wheels when you get on the gas, open differential when you let off. Be careful though with the 7.5/7.625" rear and a locker + big tires. An axle shaft will go soon thereafter if you put larger tires than you have on and really romp hard on it.

One thought though, a locker will unlock the inside wheel when turning. The Zexel torsion keeps power to both wheels at all times in varying amounts whether you are going straight or turning.
