I loved it.
I work with people from Bosnia, Cambodia, Columbia, Mexico, Poland, Peru and Spain most of them are fluent in english and very good people but I do not have time for the ones that cannot speak ENGLISH.

IMO I think it's ok to be a 'beginner' at english. But what I do demand is that you tell me that your grasp of english is not proficent. I would be a lot more patient and helpful if I know that there are going to be language barries. You can't learn a whole language over night or in a short year while you're also working and taking care of your family or whatnot. I understand and respect that. But meet me halfway please. Don't just rely on kindness. That is one of the many things clogging the system in various places now; too much kindness and political correctness. Once again, just my opinion.

Very well stated. I agree with you completely. But, one thing I have to say was that song was terrible and not for content but musically.
