i used fatmat. you can get it off of ebay for $99 + $40 shipping for 100 sq ft. it is some good stuff. he sends you some soap mixture for cleaning, a razor knife, and a roller to apply it. you don't have to use a heat gun with it. remember to cut small pieces because once it is on, it is very hard to remove.
i put it on my doors, floor, sides, and rear gate. i would suggest that, plus put some on the roof and the backside of the plastic panels. you may need 200 sq ft to get it good. with 200 sq ft, you can double up on it. it will make a difference.

how would you put it on your doors? i mean in the speaker hole there a window brace. should i just put it behind the window? i have yet to figure this one out. im thinkin i just need 100 sq. feet (not even that) for my reg cab.

i didn't put any inside the door. i just took the panel off and put it on the metal under the panel. i should have put some on the backside of the door panel......

I used a little less than 100sq feet on my reg cab 98. I also had areas doubled up......It made it airtight to subs....muwahahahahahaha
BTW, I had dynamat!!!! It really works great!!
