running a wire from the cab to under the hood?

Just go a novelty horn and i need to run a wire from inside the cab to under the hood, anyone know if theres any spots in the fire wall i could feed the wire through? or have any pointers at all, thanks

What year is the truck? And there should be places where wire looms have run though that you can run one in.

Passenger footwell. Pull back the carpet to expose the firewall behind the dash. Should be a black grommet right where the passenger's feet would be that the radio antenna feeds through.

there is also quite a few places on the driver side . though they are higher on the firewall . say right about the same level as the radio .
