Welcome to the site!

It's been a while since I've done this, but I'll try to remember all the steps...

Front:

Raise front of truck and support it securely on jackstands.
Remove front wheels.
Compress coil spring with spring compressor.
Place jack under lower control arm and raise it slightly (about 1/2").
Remove cotter key from castle nut on lower balljoint stud.
Loosen, but do not completely remove castle nut.
Separate balljoint stud from steering knuckle (aka "spindle") using a balljoint separator or by carefully striking it with a hammer.
Remove castle nut.
Slowly lower jack/lower control arm until spring can be removed (try not to let it just fall out).
Carefully remove compressor from spring.
Install lowering springs in the reverse order of removal (you won't need the spring compressor, though).

Rear:

Raise rear of truck and support it securely on jackstands.
Remove nuts from U-bolts (4 on each side, 8 total).
Place jack under differential housing with a piece of 2x4 wood (about 12" long) between it and the jack.
Position wood length-wise (parallel with driveshaft) so that it supports the nose of the differential.
Raise axle high enough to slide lowering blocks in between the spring perches and leaf springs.
Replace U-bolts with longer ones from the lowering kit.
Lower jack/axle slightly, making sure that everything lines up.
Guide U-bolts through spring perches and finger-tighten nuts (don't forget the washers).
Lower jack completely and tighten nuts to spec.
Remove jackstands and lower truck.

You shouldn't have to use a spring compressor, but do so if you feel the need.

put a jack under the lower a-arm to keep it steady. undo the sway bar endlink, the spindle and tie rod end. then lower the jack slowly and the a-arm will drop and you should be able to pull spring out, you might have to tug on it a little, but it will come out. no spring compressor is needed.

definately u do not need a spring compressor

lowering is very easy and self explanitory!
your rear end sits on top fo your leafs already so all u do is remove the u bolts

jack up the rear end add the blocks add the longer u bolts tighten to specs

drop truck your done..

your stock shocks will work but slam shocks are better

make sure that u dont screw yourself with your rimsize if u drop it to much either way make sure your rims tuck under..
