maybe get it pressure tested?

How does the coolant reservoir look? it should be pulling coolant from there if needed.

whats the condition of the radiator? does it have deep imprints of bugs and other road objects? if that looks ok, you could be moving a lot of dirt in there...better flush it out....210 is right in the middle, thats ok, but lower is better.

Actually, I would look at the fan clutch first since it may be slipping.

Did your efan cool your truck properly in the past?

hmmm air in the system would cause it to not cool properly.

could a sign of this be air bubbles at the top of the filler hole when putting in coolant? its going in the shop on wed to get my idler arm fixed so maybe i will have them pressure test it as well

Air in water is not a problem on the S-10's because of the design of the cooling system.
I still wonder about that efan.

I asked if the Efan was cooling the engine properly before you started over heating.
