even though i know your all gonna tell me it's a waste of nos. what do you all think of setting purge valves under the door sill so when i pop the door poppers right before a purge then as the doors slide up then when they hit a top a purge form nozzels in the front fenders at an angle

I could be wrong,but I think he wants to spray nos everywhere when he opens the door thus giving the effect of fog coming out of the car. IMO that sounds dangerous, NOS is not the best gas to be breathing in.

yeah....not smart at all...its like spraying a more dangerous version of gas into the air and right at you for that matter. i mean think about if somone is standing there smoking and you spray um with gasoline...not cool huh? besides the fact that nos purge does not look like fog ...it disipates very fast and you probly wouldnt get near the effect you would want....and it would be a huge waste

Seems like it'd be a fairly costy mod, but i guess on a show vehicle it could be worth some points. I agree that Nitrous is not the best gas to use for this though. Try finding a different gas that doesn't dissapate as fast, and that doesn't cost $4.00 a lb. ;)

it was a idea i was playin with for show only, and what i ment was that as soon as the door pops the seam a purge valve from underneath the door sprays, and then as soon as the door completes it's roataion up. There would be another purge from the front fenders. I'm not worried about the cost of the no2 cause i have a good deal on it, i jus need to buy the kit already. Also i was told purging the valves before using no2 was good cause it gets all the extra air outta the system from when the bottle was shut off. I am open to suggestions as to what gas would give me a better effect of this however. So any idea would be greatly appreciated. Also obviously i wouldn't hit the purges if someone was standing right next to the door anyway, in all essences the only difference between me purging there and not right before a race is that it is technically a waste cause im not using the nitrous in it's intended form.
