Spark Plug Wire Change

I have just gotten a 95 gmc sonoma with the 2.2L engine. Wires need to be changed and I was just wondering if anyone knew of a trick to get the wires out and install the new ones. It appears that they are routed through a small opening in the intake manifold. I removed one wire and tryed to pull it out with no success. thanks.

Getting them off is easy...get a good, sharp knife and cut off one end or the other and pull the rest out with the plastic sleeve.

I then labeled the new wires on the coil end and put them all in the plastic sleeve. Then you thread the entire shebang back through where the old ones were, staggering the caps to fit one at a time.
