OK i'm pretty good at setting up a pretty decent sound system. this is just one set up i've never done or attempted. my question is this, is it possible to connect two different brand amps of diferrent wattages to the same set of subs? Both amps have an rca out put to daisy chain to another amp. but will i risk damage to either my subs or either amp by connecting both amps to the same set of subs? I have my 15's wired in series and they are running bridged from one amp.
anyone got some info on this?

possible yes. been done yes. dumb yes! i wouldnt do it if you like your subs. thats kinda like having a truck on 18's and then having one rear wheel at 16's. i know that image sucks but i dumb so deal with it lol. but dont do that. unless the watts are off like 10-20 watts. but the diferent brands is bad as well. some companies underrate such as kicker,jl,ecilpse. and then some over rate such as audiobahn, ma audio, volfenhag. the safe way to go is same brand same watts. imo

x2.
hell, they may not even be compatible amps. best solution is buy one amp that will run your subs by itself.
usually the only time you see amps set up in a master/slave situation is in competitions where two or more amps are running a single sub.
