I was just curious on who uses either the 700r4 or the 4l60 trans in their v8 swaps.

got any pros and cons about either???

Pros:

Good performance, good fuel economy.

Cons:

Expensive to build and set up. 4L60E needs expensive controller.
1st-2nd gear spread is too wide.
