It feels like when I step on the gas anywhere I go I have to push a lot harder, it almost feels like I'm towing something or the truck is holding back, what's going on? Any ideas anyone?

I had the same problem with mine not too long ago, it ended up being the fuel injectors, I just put cleaner in it the next 3 or 4 time i filled up, it fixed it,
must be a pretty common problem with 4 cyl

Those gumout additives you add to your gas tank also help. You can find them everywhere. They should help too.
