friend got a camaro he says is a Z-28 that runs sweet but doesnt know the exact year or engine size but it defenatly has a tpi in it and he says it looks like the one i used to have and it was a 90'. i'm going to look at it tomorrow , and the bad thing is i won a trip to vegas for 10$ playing 9 ball and it's during the end of april, so i don't know i might have to sell it . I can post some pics if it's even worth selling.
Came in both 305 and 350. The 305s were alot more common though.
check to see if it has L98 as an RPO code in the glove compartment

ya i swear to god whenever my friend talks about a tpi 350 hes like bam 300 horsepower ,
but the 305 tpi motors made something like 215 hp ,
yeah, its like 230 or somewhere around there. TPIs dont breath good at the upper rpms, so not a big difference in the "hp'" rating, but it has bunch more torque.

305 TPI = 230hp@4400rpm, 300lb-tq@3200rpm
350 TPI = 245hp@4400rpm, 345lb-tq@3200rpm
