i have electric windows. last night i "rolled" my window down to talk to a buddy of mine. when i got ready to roll it up, i pressed the button and nothing happened. i kept trying and finally it went up about 2 inches. i held the button down and with the other hand i pulled the window up. i got a little further down the road and tried the window and it worked fine. it works today as well.
i am just wondering if my window motor is about to go out, if so, how much are they and how hard they to change out. it is the driver's side by the way.
could it possibly be my alternator about to go out? i noticed that when i turned my a/c off, the window worked fine.
