I was riding home the other night and i noticed a lt1 z28. Well we just so happened to get a light. We both eased off the line when the light turned green. He stomped it. I knew he would so i did the same. We went through first and when i hit second i chirped it hard. The nose of my truck was at his mirror. Then he let out of it as soon as i caught second. I wish he woulda stretched it out some more i wanted to see how i would compete. I dont think being at his mirror in second with him jumping first is too bad. I know he woulda spanked me had we gone longer. Just wish i knew how bad. It was still fun though. I also raced a ranger last night but thats not even worth talking about. We all know what happened there.

honestly, i think it just sounded like he "stomped" it. I've been in my friends w56 trans am and i thought he opened it up at first but he was just barely giving it any. then he let it all out. trust me you'll know when an lt1 will "stomp" it. and yes i know the w56 is an ls1 not an lt1, im just making a point.
...i know the w56 is an ls1 not an lt1...
If you know the WS6 (not a W56) has the LS1, then you would know not to compare it to an LT1. Not trying to be an ass, but you can not compare those engines. LT1 F-Bodys run low 14's to high 13's while an LS1 WS6 will run into the mid 13's stock. It is quite possible that the Camaro "stomped" on it off the line, they are not the greatest out of the hole stock from what I've seen.

It's not necessarily in my vocabulary, I was just quoting you, hence the "stomped".
