anyone try this ? t.b.i. spacer on 2.2

summit has #mvc-5020 that supposed to increase power because it gives the air a swirl as it comes in .any thoughts on this

A local news station did a report on some of those things. GM claims that adding a device that swirls the air into your system does absolutley nothing for gas milage or horse power.

although if its a throttle body spacer, youd have a different story. anyone else agree.

okay I geuss it is a tbs, maybe 1hp increase, not worth the 90bucks, if you could get one machine, easyily and cheaply. go for it.

if we want power we replace the flexible hoses going to the throttle body ,so a spacer like this could cause the same effect as the factory flex hose and being a spacer on a side mounted t.b. (i should not have called it a t.b.i.)would not be a benifit also
