If you take it to a competent exhaust shop they will definitely be able to fit dual mufflers under your ride. They will just need to manuver the tail end around your spare tire.

Yes, but makes sure depending on how much you plan to mod it in the future each pipe header back is 2" (light mods) or 2 1/4" (major mods) and get an H pipe put in for best results with the end sound result. Its cheaper though to just run 2 1/2" from the Y pipe back with a high flow cat, high performance single in/dual out muffler, and and get that "dual exhaust look" and most of the sound.
