4.3 Vortec auto to manual

I have a 95 s10 4.3 Vortec with a automatic. Has anyone ever switched from auto to a manual transmission and do you know what else I would have to change out to make it work?

i would skip trying to make it manual and if it's really giving you a hard time get your auto a shift kit from b&m or ect.. i have heard of it being done but it can be expensive unless ur doing labor urself and you already have the tranny
