Found a 4.3!

I was looking through my shop and I found a 4.3 in the corner. When I asked my dad about it he said he got it out of a UPS truck (His friend Brandon works for UPS and he gave him the motor, I guess). It's a GM motor and I have another set of heads for it. But anyways, I was wondering if I should just drop that into my S10 instead of a V8?

well if you want to save up some money to put into whatever V8 you want to put into your truck then by all means put the 4.3 in. It has plenty of power to spin the tires and wiht a 5 speed gets ok fuel mileage. I get about 18-19 Highway with mine. They are a good engine. Just check what condition the bearings are in before you install the engine.
