I was wandering if I could possibly put 20x9 dayton 100 spoke rims on my s10. They have the correct backspacing and I was just wanting concerned with my front fenders rubbing, would I need to roll that inside metal piece to make a little room for the tires? BTW the tires are 275/40's....And does anyone have any pics of 20" spokes on an s10? I ask if they will rub since my zq8 has been dropped an additional 2/2" I know the back will fit, but will the front???? Thanks

for the 20x9's to work, you are gonna have to get a 35 series tire with like 245 max on them. I've got 20x8.5's with that tire on there, however, you might go with a 255 since they are a bit wider anyway. Even with the smaller tire(255/35) you'll most likely have to beat out the fenders some just in case.
Good luck!

dont do it man, i used to have 100 spoke 18"x 8" on 245/40/18 tires with a 4-5 drop. It rubbed the shit out of the fender lip. I guess I could have just bent it in, but i didnt. I can only imagine what kinda damage 20x9's would cause. You could make it work probably if you bend some some stuff and make room for them, but be very careful, dont hit any pot holes, those rims are ntorious for bending on potholes, mine did a few times. had to get rid of em

actually I don't think I will be getting wires anytime soon. I just dont want lopro's especially since winter is coming up. I am actually considering selling my truck after about a month or two if the right BMW comes my way. Thanks again for your wisdom with rims.
