Dang...So you think that you're the only person in the world ordering stuff? Why don't you just call them. I have NEVER had a problem with customer service from Suicide Doors. I have dealt with late deliveries, backorders and discontinued items...that's a fact of life. Sure I get upset but whenever I call to see what the hell is going on they explain the situation and tell me what is being done about it. It definitely sucks but if it's something that's out of their hands how can you be upset? Would you respond to a shitty e-mail?

I usually give three weeks before I think an order is late.
If i remember right, SD only sends a comfirmation email when your order ships, not when they receive it. They fabricate everything there, so it takes a while. And a lot of what they sell is shipped from manufacturers and they don't stock it.

Man, come on...there's nothing wrong with Suicide Doors. I do around $10,000 worth of business a year there. Although the more of you that do not order from there, the quicker the turn-around would be for me...I just can't stand unwarranted hating.

so sad to let one order completely miff you. I've ordered from them NUMEROUS times and I live on the west coast...well sorta.... and i've never had a single problem with them at all. You do gotta realize that being its summer timer they are SWAMPED like a motherf*cker over there. and are you SURE the parts you ordered weren't on back order? Because just this past saturday I looked on their website and a sh*t load of stuff was out of stock, especially compressors and switch boxes. Just be patient and give them a chance. hell you should see the rap sheet for A.I.M industries....now thats a company with a F*cked up reputation for not shipping stuff out on time.
I have ordered a few things from suicidedoors.com and they had the best customer service of anyone else I have ever delt with. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. If I ever bag my truck they would be the first place I would go.

like mentioned, you are placing an order in the middle of the show season, they are swamped with business i'm sure. it took some time, but you got your stuff. the best thing to do in the future would be call them instead of email. it's so much easier to blow off an email than it is a phone call. i wouldn't let one bad experience ruin future orders. now if it was a constant problem then yeah, change companies. if you're having problems with kids getting in your mailbox, set up a video camera to catch them in the act. then turn the video over to the police. make a copy first!
i haven't ordered from them yet, but the future does call for some sheet metal from them!
