in the past members often posted about bad experiences with certain online stores. the purpose of this forum is to voice your experiences. if you order from stylin concepts and you got your item and that was that, there isn't much you can say. but if there is a problem, tell us about the customer service, tell what they did to satisfy you the customer. if they didn't do jack then tell us what a$$holes they are. you get? if you have any past stories about great purchases or customer service from a particular retailer that went above and beyond the call of duty...let us know. no one wants to experience a crappy ordeal but some of us have, hopefully we can establish which stores do good and which ones we need to steer clear of.

the only place that i have bought from is stylin concepts. every time i order, i look up what i want on the internet, then call in the order over the phone. the people are sensational and the speed of delivery was just awesome. i got my k&n two days early when i ordered it! stylin concepts, to me, is the place to go.

i normaly get my parts at Napa and have no probs. advance auto i dunno what gotten into them, but last few times i had to special order a part, they screw up getting the wrong one.
and somthing with bosch o2 sensors, they dont last long on chevys (at least not for me) so now i go to Napa to get major parts & have no problems.
i had a 94 chevy cavilaer z24 with 3.1. dang check eng light would keep coming on, got the code & said it the o2 sensor, so i replaced it. (bitch to get at for those who work on the 3.1 u know.) well 2 month later same thing happen, so i got another o2 sensor. then again. by now im pissed..so i got one from napa, & havent had any problems sence.

I ordered, what I thought, were OEM lens from Auto Parts Warehouse. The ones I got are TOTALLY different from the picture listed. They told me that I should not base my order for the picture but use the discription instead. The Discription was misleading as well. I called them and followed the phone promts and was hung up on three times in a row. The forth time I did get someone but obviously english was not there first language-anyway-45mins later he still did not understand my problem. The ones they sent are also about $40 more expensive. What a bunch of dumbasses. I will NEVER order anything from them again.
