squeak when I turn left only any ideas?

Whenever I turn left I hear a loud squeak coming from my left front tire. Any idea as to what my be causing this?

I tried getting home with only right turns but that took to long.

Balljoints, A-frame bushings or swaybar bushings going bad? Is the noise out by the wheel or like from the door hingepin bushings area? Can you make it squeak by turning left in the driveway and then bouncing the left front corner up and down by hand? Try greasing all the joints and see if it changes the noise. Then try spraying some of the bushings at a time with silicone spray and if it stops you will find the problem. :)
