Take a look at the stuff from Comp Cams. I have the ProMagnums on my engine.

Most any smallblock rocker arms will fit the 4.3.
Hey Dimemaster, you know which rocker's fit the 2000 Vortech head's? They switched to trunion style rockers and haven't been able too to find aftermarket one's that are supposed to fit. Called Comp and they said they had them, but sent me rockers that fit the old style heads and said they don't know which one's fit. Do you know by any chance?

Where did you get the upgraded GM injectors? How much power can they sustain?

Heck if I know. I use Edelbrock heads on pretty much everything, and they have studs. My first instinct would be to look in the Goodwrench performance parts catalog. I'm not sure that'll pan out though.
Comp Cams is a volume sales company not known for cutting edge technologies. They've always copied everyone else's tried and true ideas and depended on slick marketing and low prices to generate sales. This is fine for 99.999% of us because tuning to the last fraction of a horsepower is way beyond our skill levels or desires. Seriously, how many of us will invest $20,000 in labor alone to build an engine? Just the top classes of NHRA, IHRA, NASCAR, Formula 1, Indy cars, CART, maybe Bugatti and Lamborghini, and the occasional idiot heir with more money than brains.
Check with Isky, Crane, and some of the established engine builders for newer developments.

It depends on which year engine you have. If you have a '99 and older engine, the rockers are stud mounted and are easily replaced with a stud conversion (aftermarket rockers use 3/8" or 7/16" studs and the stock rockers use 10mm studs) and a good set of aftermarket rockers.
If you have a '00 and newer motor, the rockers are shaft-mounted rockers and there are no conversion kits available for V6s except the SLP kit, which switches the stock 1.5:1 rockers to 1.6:1 rockers. Other than that, there isn't anything available.
One point to note, however, is that the 4.3Ls in the '96 through '99 trucks REQUIRE self-aligning rockers that will fit under center-bolt valve covers. The Comp Cams rockers are very nice, but won't fit under the stock valve covers -- you'll need spacers (there are no aftermarket valve covers available). The ones that I have been running for a couple years and have had outstanding luck with are the Crane Race Gold rockers. I don't remember off the top of my head what the exact part number is, but can look it up if necessary.
I believe the new LS1 based truck engines use shaft mounted rockers as well. Would it be possible for those rockers to fit? The only problem with that would be, most of them are like 1.7 ratio, which is too high. Just a thought.
