dont worry your system isnt big enuff for your lights to dim. and if they do ground your amp to the frame. if they still do it do the "big 3"

i have a 1501bd and a 851x hooked up and have the stock electrical system, except for a red top. my lights dim, and i am sure my alternator is mad at me, but it is not too bad. i really didn't even notice a difference after i added the 4-channel amp. if you will be using it in high-pass, it won't draw much current.

if i have said it once, i have said it a million times.
caps are misused. a capacitor will not help his problem. a capacitor will only add extra strain on the alternator.
