I have been looking into headers for my 91 4.3 and dont know which way to go! I need help! Any other suggestions for added performance for my baby please send my way! Limited time b4 im off to film school to save up for toys! Which way should i go for the best performance? I already have the K&N and throttle body spacer and exhaust! My exhaust is a simple 1 in 2 out flowmaster dumped at the axle!

for the biggest bang for the buck get some nitrous (for real).
You can find kits for about $500, sell your spacer and jet it to a mild 50hp shot and you will get a bbig increase and its not going to break anything at that hp level.

idk if u consider it a bang for the buck but it will help your truck out anyway in the long run jet stage 2 performance module it'll run around $319.95 plus shipping it may be worth it to look into and i also don't know if you replaced your spark plug wires yet but they help a lot as well i have nology plug wires on mine with platnum 2's and they made a big difference.

try hedman headers, i just got my truck back from the muffler shop today. i got mine from summitracing.com. i ran the headers and dual 2-1/4" pipes with a cross over with flowmasters dumped at the rear axle, and man did it make a differenc. my hedders were $164.77 with shipping and all that, and the muffler shop charged me $174.40 for the exhaust
